I was running this morning, 2.2 miles up the Keystone Gulch Road. It climbs 500′ in that distance so it’s decent training for climbing, hiking and other types of vertical endeavors. It starts at about 9,300′, and if you go up about 5 miles you’re at nearly 11,000′. It’s truly one of my favorite dirt roads. Running is one of my main goal achievement areas. Today was a recovery run after two days of setting PR’s (personal records or best attempts). Recovery is an important factor in all goals. You can’t be going 100% all the time without breaking. Be sure to include recovery in all your training plans, as well as all your goal achievement plans.
I took a little break at the creek before running back to the gate at the road to the Keystone base and shot this short video with my phone. I truly hope you enjoy the announcement. Thanks! Be sure to subscribe to updates HERE so you’ll always get first notice when new stuff opens up.
Remember, my Goals Training Webinar Series will be starting in September, but I might be doing a special session directed at Social Media Success and Branding for a select group of special small business owners. Stay tuned for that announcement.
